This unique Facebook alternative, designed and produced by Mixit, offers teens and tweens a new way to connect and communicate online. Built on a WordPress/BuddyPress platform with a custom theme, KidSpirit publishes writings and art submitted by kids, in the traditional manner of a magazine, while also providing members with a social network, complete with profiles, friending and groups. Custom privacy protections allow younger kids to participate safely. We also designed the earlier site for KidSpirit's one-time print magazine. See the current website |
